• Once your order has been shipped, The Paris Luxe Collection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen issues beyond our control.

• Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.​
