What is raw hair?

RAW hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from one donor meaning all cuticles are aligned and intact in one direction. Not only has it never been chemically processed but it has never had heat applied to it as well. With fuller, longer-lasting bundles it is not only natural looking but it acts just like your own natural hair and it blends well with all hair types. Raw hair is the purest & highest quality hair on the market.

How do I maintain my hair?

PRE-INSTALLATION 
Before installing your bundles gently brush your hair with a paddle brush or a wide-tooth comb then wash the hair with lukewarm water. Use our Paris Luxe Argan Oil Shampoo & conditioner & lather into the hair. Once your hair is washed, we recommend letting it air dry or use the lowest setting on your hair dryer.
DAILY MAINTENANCE

Our raw hair is 100% human hair which means you will need to care for it as if it were your own real hair. When applying heat to your extensions always use a heat protectant, you may use a leave-in serum for extra shine or to prevent frizz but that is completely optional. We recommend using our Paris Luxe Silkening Mist for both shine & heat protection.

Protect your hair at night with our Luxe Satin Bonnets to retain moisture & prevent the hair from tangling throughout the night.

4 Bundles for Lengths 30"- 40"
This also depends on how full you would like your hair to look.

What is your return policy?

We are 100% confident in our products & want every customer to be completely satisfied with their hair extensions. If however, you are not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

In order to be eligible for returns you must return your hair extensions within 5 days of delivery. The hair must be in its original, unused condition and cannot have been worn or damaged.

There are NO returns, exchanges or refunds on any hair that has been worn, colored, bleached or cut. This also includes if the bundles were unraveled (unwrapped bundles).

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will the hair last?

Our hair will last up to 5 years with proper care however there is truly no expiration date on raw hair. The way you care for your hair will determine its longevity. Keep in mind that excessive heat and coloring will minimize the natural state of the hair thus shortening its lifespan.
